The story — Flowpresso®

In early 2019, on New Zealand’s north island, an important discovery was made

As a lymphatic specialist, Flowpresso® founder Desiree De Spong was struck by the benefits of full-body lymphatic therapy and drainage. She saw life-changing results in a wide variety of people.

In a quest to find a device that could deliver multiple types of therapy at once, to support stress management and sleep, Desiree began an extensive worldwide study of existing technologies and their efficacy.

She soon realised that she would need to design an effective device and develop an initial prototype. The first ‘suit’ was manufactured in early 2019 and Desiree’s trialists reported a dramatic improvement in their overall mental / physical health. The next phase of development began.

After a period of updates and refinements, the full Flowpresso® system was launched worldwide in February 2020.

After 28 years of service in the New Zealand Police force, Steve had experienced first-hand the stresses and strains of a high-intensity work environment. He was inspired by the Flowpresso® system and what it could do for him and his former colleagues. Armed with a firm belief in the ethos and technology, Steve started working with Desiree to help turn her ideas into reality. He is now responsible for managing the company’s supply chain operations, which gives him the opportunity to keep playing an instrumental role in protecting the health and wellbeing of the public.

Diane has worked in the administration/customer service/operational field for various companies over her working history. Working in these different environments has given me an excellent understanding of the needs of our unique customer base.

With a passion for health and wellbeing, Diane loves that she can combine it with her work background and make an impact on people’s lives across the world.

My role as the Logistics & Sales Administrator is to be the point of contact for our customers and to provide an excellent customer experience when working with Flowpresso®.
