How long is a FLOWpresso™ session?
40 minutes or children under 14 is 25 minutes
How often should someone have FLOWpresso™?
We recommend a minimum of three days between each session, and on average one session per week.
How many FLOWpresso™ sessions does someone need to have?
This will depend on the person and their reason for having FLOWpresso™ sessions. Our recommendation for someone is to have a minimum of three sessions, one per week.
Is there training on how to operate FLOWpresso™?
An instructional video is provided at the time of purchase, on set up and operation. Depending on your location, your distributor will arrange with you follow up support. Training courses are also available from independent providers, if required.
What are the electrical requirements?
FLOWpresso is available in two models: 110/120 volt model or 220/240 volt model. Use the correct voltage. Do not plug a 110V FLOWpresso into a 240V plug and vice versa.
How long does my warranty last?
The FLOWpresso unit and pieces comes with a one (1) year warranty.
Do I need to register my warranty?
Yes.
What is the return policy?
Return policy for purchases of new machines includes a 30-day easy return with a 15% restocking fee. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) is required before any return will be accepted. The customer will be responsible for the cost to ship to Medella Health Stockist for returns and replacements.
Is shipping included in the price?
Yes, we ship direct to the purchaser. Please Note: Customs/handling fees associated to the import of the unit will be at the cost of the purchaser.
