The FLOWpresso™ technology
Science is prevalent in the designing of this technology. We want you to understand how varying technologies integrate to form the foundation of FLOWpresso™.
How FLOWpresso™ was designed.
The idea of FLOWpresso was originally to create a lymphatic drainage technology using compression. Using the services of a Product Development and Innovation Company, as well as independent research around the world, it was apparent this technology was already in the market in both sport and medical areas.
With additional investigation and research, it became apparent that the benefits of far infrared heat and PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Frequency) type technology, in combination with compression, could create a unique market opportunity.
Employing both local and oversees engineers to test these combined technologies, along with advice from medical and health professionals on the science of these technologies, FLOWpresso was born.
The technology FLOWpresso™ uses.
We’ve had people refer to the FLOWpresso as a space suit, and for good reason. Not only do you look like you’re about to head into space (minus the helmet), the three-therapy combination can make people feel extra light (like you’re in space).
FLOWpresso delivers cyclic compression to different areas of the body. Each chamber inflates sequentially, before its predecessor completely deflates, to ensure a selective progressive pressure. These chambers can be programmed individually to ensure the optimal experience.
FLOWpresso applies far infrared heat to each of the four sections of the garment: arms/abdomen/legs and feet. Each section can be programmed individually providing a range of temperature from 95*F/35*C to 140*F/60*C.
FLOWpresso provides a PEMF type technology, using a proprietary nano vibrational technology, and is available via a chip inserted into the back piece. This frequency does not require an electrical supply but instead uses the body’s heat to activate.
